Hurt arm please try to help?!

Question: Hurt arm please try to help.?
Ok, i got up on the side of a chair for a few minutes, and the chair started rocking back and forth, because i was moving, and i fell off the side backwards, and my arm twisted around, and i landed on it. The upper part of my arm hurts when i move it, hurts to press on it, weak, decreased movement, the lower part of my arm is also hurt and it is hurting, when i lift a cup, and when i move, its not as bad as the upper part though. I have broke my right arm before and it wasn't swollen, it only hurt when i turned it, it wasn't bruised. so yeah. If anyone can answer that would be great thanks for your help.Health Question & Answer

I don't think it's broken but yes it might be a muscle or tendon injury. you'll probably need to rest it in a brace or sling for a week or 2 while it heals and you'll get better fast. luv Ashleigh :).Health Question & Answer

This could be a simple case of a internal twisted muscle, I am not sure if your muscle is the deltoid (shoulder) or your bicep area, knowing this little bit of information would help greatly. Since there is no bruising, this usually Means there is no damage to the area or rupture of blood vessels, which is a good sign. Muscles that are sore without bleeding usually are strained or maybe even a "little tear". This is not unusual to experience pain in muscles for quite a while, especially ones that are so commonly used such as your arms!

For the time being, restrict movement and keep it in a relaxed position, use your other arm for general life endeavours (devouring food)!
