Ok I don't feel very well lately :( I have started to get symptoms since march 2008. Every morning I always get heartburn even if I don't eat spices or if I do it gets worst! My lower left rib area pokes and burns really bad :( I was thinking if its my spleen, gall bladder stones, intestine problem(backed up matter) or the stomach ulcer. My other symptoms is whenever I eat I get full easily, short breath, irregular heart beat(especially 12 hours awake for some reason and when I shower) and sleepy. What could be the problem.? I was thinking if it could be thyroid problem. also when I bend or do something quick I start to see sudden blurry and stars, I don't like it one bit :(. easily panic too.Health Question & Answer

Some of your symptoms point to a bad case of GI reflux, also called GERD. However, because they seem to be severe and could be caused by other issues I don't think you should try to self-treat this issue.
I don't know what your insurance situation is but I would definitely seek an referral to a gastroenterologist. Hopefully its just a bad case of GERD, he'll probably give you a script for a proton pump inhibitor, protonix, nexium, prilosec etc. (ask for protonix, its generic and just as effective as the others).Health Question & Answer
