What time do you sleep and wake-up?!


Question: What time do you sleep and wake-up.?
If i have college the next day i sleep around 11pm to 12 and wake up at 7.15am

If i dont have college the next day i will sleep around 1am-2ish, and wake up around 11.30am!Health Question & Answer

I sleep 11pm til about 5am on days I have class. On weekends I get up around 7am. I try to sleep late but ever since I got out of the Air Force I have been an early riser.Health Question & Answer
