Why do I have these headaches?!

I've done loads of research online and at the library about my headaches. They are always at the back of my head. And I don't have ANY of the tension headache symptoms. They feel like a dull ache. Occasionally they'll feel like sharp stabbing pains. Most times they don't hurt unless I'm moving a lot. Like if I jog up the stairs to my room it will start to throb then settle as I become more stationary. Sometimes they hurt more when I lay down at night. Like last night I couldn't even lay down because it hurt so much. I take Ibuprofen but it doesn't help. Every now and then if it hurts too much to sleep I'll take that advil pm stuff. Or whatever its called and I'll just knock out and I'll wake up feeling perfectly fine until I start to move around a lot. I can't get to the doctor just yet as my insurance hasn't kicked over so I have to wait a month. I'd really love some help and some advice. I know they aren't migraines because I've had migraines before. I don't drink and I don't smoke. I'm only 19. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!Health Question & Answer
