Question: HELP!!! i found gum in my ice cream!!!!!.?
ok i just got done eating dinner! i got out a pint of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream! i got to the bottom of it and i bit into something hard and i didnt know what it was so i asked my fiance and he smelt it and it smelled like a minty gum!!!! ohh i got so sick!!! i dont know what i should do! i am freakin out! which isnt good cause i ahve hypertension already! i am 20 years old!!!! what should i do! should i have the gum tested, can i go and get tested to see if i got whatever the person could have had(aids, hep c, etc.) HELPHealth Question & Answer

Hmmm, that is really strange. But check the ingredients because in some ice creams they do put an ingredient labeled xanath gum, but i do not think it would be minty.
If I were you I would contact that ice cream maker, there are usually question and comment numbers somewhere on the box, and complain!
