HAND PAIN OR SOMETHING ELSE?!
Question: HAND PAIN OR SOMETHING ELSE.?
Okay I have deep hand pain and when i push into the palms of my hand sharply i can feel like a knot and a vein i have this pain in two spots of the palm of my hands both hands that is and the same exact area on the opposite side of the hands the pain is inches from both my thumb and my pinkie fingers. I also would like to add the pain in my feet are on both sides same spot,this is only in one spot on the feet instead of two spots. I have had this pain since i were in elementary school and iam now 19 . I have looked on the internet for answers to what could be wrong i just don't find anything that fits my problem at first RA sounded like it because of the pain in both hands but i read through it and its not RA and i have no wrist pain at all.Can someone please give me some advice before i go visit a specialist.?Health Question & Answer

i don't know but my mom once told me that some people can tell if you have heart problems just by massaging your hands and stuff like that but i don't think that's the case for this. maybe you should or could just massage it with like baby oil, or that icyhot to help with the pain while you're doing that. i don't know just try it if you haven't already....... even though it may hurt just keep doing it, maybe it will help. if not just go to your doctor and see what they could do.Health Question & Answer
