Well I don't know if you have dangerous spiders where you live, but that's pretty normal even if it was just a regular old spider like one you'd find in New England. Most spiders do have some type of venom that they inject in their bite, but the symptoms you described are pretty much the extent of what their relatively weak venom can do to a human. If it's not better in a week then you should get it checked out, but I wouldn't worry about it.Health Question & Answer
