Question: Hello.I was wondering whats wrong with my heel i jumped a fence to leave school and i guess i landed wrong....?
I can walk on it but it hurts on the side and the bottem of my heel....How long will it take to heal.?Health Question & Answer

Sounds like a heel bruise and it should heal in a week or so. Ice it the first 24 hrs. Elevate if you can. And take ibuprophen with food. It is a wonder drug.Health Question & Answer
