I dislocated my kneecap and I'm looking for foods that will help heal my knee.?!

Question: I dislocated my kneecap and I'm looking for foods that will help heal my knee...?
I would like to know which foods are best to make me feel better and heal.. I am in a knee brace and on crutches.. Which I never have been, so it's all new to me and I want to heal and feel better.. I am not allowed to move my knee at all, so exercising that knee is out.. So I would like to know which foods/diets are good for helping me..Health Question & Answer

Don't know about foods to help, but if you have loads of trouble in the future you can do without kneecap all together.. My husband lost his years ago swears it's better than other leg.. don't go for a false one they never seem to heal.. good luck..Health Question & Answer
