Question: Hearing clock noise when there is no clock, whats happening.?
i hear it when i go to sleep and only when i sleep on one side for too long.. its a faint tick tick tick.. nothing bothering but i wanna know what it is.. i can change position and it stops..Health Question & Answer

Could be a few things, but if you don't hear or see anything else that you know is not there, my guess is that the way you are laying on the bed causes you to "hear" your heartbeat, and is sounds more like a clock instead of the thumping of a heart because of the inner ear canals.. Moving causes those same areas to not reverberate the sound from your blood flow so that you do not hear the beating any longer..Health Question & Answer
