Question: Heal Issues/ Shoe Suggestion-not tennys.?
I work as a hair stylist.. I LOVE flip flops but I have noticed my left heal on the outer edge had a shooting pain.. I'm supposing it's from the flops.. Can anyone:
1.. Tell me what the pain could be (actual terms)
2.. Quick pain relief
3.. Lite shoes that will be the most comfortable thing I can find to wear all day
I said no tennys bc they tend to feel heavy after a while..

1.. no idea.. but pain is pain..
2.. any pain medication can probably help.. i heard those dr.. scholls things are good!
3.. there are these AMAZING flip flops I have, I got them at famous footwear and they are almost entirely foamy and squishy without looking tacky at all.. Super comfy and good price, I'm not sure if they still have them but they are miracle workers..Health Question & Answer
