Question: What are those things that people use to cover their eyes when asleep called .?

I'm having trouble sleeping due to a lot of light that seeps into my room.. I've tried everything but it's still bright even with my eyes closed.. Well it's just not dark enough.. I've even tried blindfolding my eyes with cloth but it doesn't work.. Can anyone tell me what those things people use to cover their eyes when they are asleep called .? I've seen it on television a few times, but it looks like it might be worth trying..Health Question & Answer
