around wensday i got this bad pain in my knees everytime i walked.. it would hurt every step i took.. The pain continues even till today.. also on saterday night both my big toes went numb and they continued to be numb even till now.. There was not one moment when they weren't numb.. I tried putting them in hot water, didnt work.. I tried rubbing them, didnt work..

It is most likely a pinched nerve.. I have 2 fused vertebrae in my spine, which cause nerves in my lower back to pinch, causing pain in my legs and knees, even all the way down to my feet, including numbness.. I see a chiropractor for it now, but if its simply a pinched nerve b/c you may have twisted something or pulled something, a massage would help work the pinch out of the nerve..
