Bursitis in the left knee!?!?!?!1?!

I went to the hospital yesturday and found out that I have bursitis in my left knee which is fluid on my knee the doctor said if i dont take it easy i could end up tearing a ligament.. They put me in a knee immobilizer and i only have to wear it for comfort.. My question is should i have numbness and tingling in the knee starting as of today.? The doctor put me on Ibuprofen 800 mg and Hydrocodone 7..5/650mg.. What could be causing the numbness.. Do you all suggest me getting it checked again in a couple of days if it contiuesHealth Question & Answer


Answers:
Numbness means that either the popliteal artery or the nerve that runs through the knee is being pinched off.. Bursitis doesn't pinch these things off.. What you really should do is go to a chiropractor, one who specializes in sports-related injuries, to see if you possibly have a subluxated fibula or tibia..
