I cant get to sleep At all, or sleep at night. Help me!!?!


Question: I cant get to sleep At all, or sleep at night.. Help me!!.?
I cant get to sleep and I always wake up in the middle of the night! then i cant get back to sleep.. i dont wanna get up or ill wake spores.. I also get scared at night.. Can anyone help me!!! Tips, tequnies! ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!1Health Question & Answer

Im glad im not the only one with this problem..
I have the exact problem!
I cant sleep at all..
Gives me these big eye bags.. =="
Lately, i tried every single trick in the book..
And clearing my mind is the most easiest i have found so far..
Just try not think about alot of things..
also, that stupid *beep* so called 'counting sheeps' is so......
*beep* doesn't work!!!
I counted until i couldn't count anymore and it kept me up all night..
The only times i doze off is in class or on moving vechile..

it would help a bit more if you also wrote why you're scared at night e..g.. is it because of the dark, because of the silence etc...?
You can try to clear your thoughts before bed if you're anxious or think a lot before going to bed.. Try drinking a hot cup of tea before bed..
If you watch a lot of scary movies, you can cut a few of them.. Just watching TV a lot may also make you wake up in the middle of the night or be scared at night.. If you watch a lot of TV, cut off a few hours and avoid watching television before bed..
Or you can try to make a play list with soothing music which makes you relax and listen to it when you go to bed..

If you take naps at all, take them in the early afternoon so they don't interfere with your sleeping at night.. Try to exercise and make yourself tired during the day, and then turn off all electronics about an hour before you go to bed and read or do something quiet so you're calmer..
also, if you go to bed late and sleep late, try setting an alarm so you only get a few hours of sleep and then you'll be more tired..

were the same, i have difficulty on sleeping at night, well this is what i did to sleep, put a soft music on the volume is really low, put a light outside my room, i dont like light hitting my eyes but im scared when its dark, get your self worked out in the morning, like work allot, exercise allot, move allot or lift allot aslong as you get tired, leave tv on but put a sleep timer on it not to waste energy.. drink milk with honey on it dont put it on the microwave it dofficult for me i hate milk, and last but not the list stop thinking allot, counting can make you think allot.......... if you have a partner usually your partners hug and cuddle can make you sleep.......... best of luck it works for me hope it works for you aswelHealth Question & Answer

maybe sleep with the light on if your scared im 15 and i sometimes do it lol.. too get to sleep read a mag or your favourtie book youlll eventually feel asleep i have the same problems just dont take coffee or anything containing caffine.. maybe count too 100 in your head and do it again and agin till you fall asleep.. if your waking up in the middle of the night dont get up your brain must be in a pattren to get up in the middle of the night.. your going have to break the pattern.. maybe do running around your block for a while just to make you tried.. read or do homework or do fitness 5 hours before you go to bed.. make everyday hard work youll just want to sleep.. or add an hour to your bedtimeHealth Question & Answer

Maybe you have alot on your mind.? try reading before bed, that makes you tired, or try writing your thoughts down.. if that doesn't work go see a doctor..

When ever this happens to me I stay up for a full 24 hours, then you get really tired.. And you sleep for a good 12 hours a night..
