Question: Headphones on while sleeping, ear became numb, found dried blood.?
Alright so, I was listening to a techno song with a lot of heavy beats while falling asleep, with headphones in my ears.. When I woke up I found that the track had skipped and it was stuck on one continuous heavy annoying noise.. As soon as I took my headphones out I noticed my ears were ringing and numb, specifically the right.. I was only asleep for 3 hours.. I figured everything was fine once the numbness went away..
But then today I was picking at my ear (I know...... hah......) and found dried blood.. Just in my right ear though.. No scratches/abbrasions or anything.. I'm kind of scared my ear drum could have possibly burst or something in my sleep, cause it's not likely I would have woken up.. (I had been awake over 30 hours at the point I fell asleep) That might have been the reason as well, I don't know..
Anyway, I don't know how much you can give me based on that information, I just want to make sure I'm okay..Health Question & Answer

It could be any thing, but if you are fine then it is OK..
1.. Avoid such use and the type of music..
2.. If I were you I would mention it to a doctor on next visit, but just to get it off your mind I would see a ear Specialist and get it examined and tested..

maybe the headphone just scratched the inside of your ear,i no you said you didnt notice anything but it might have only been a little..
its not really a good idea to wear headphones whilst your sleeping anyway..you move around in your sleep and the wire can always get tight around your neck or something..

Honestly, you really should just go to the doctors and get it checked out if you're that worried.. No one on here will be able to help you like a doctor will (unless they may be on)Health Question & Answer
I'm sure you probably would have felt it or noticed something weird about your hearing if your ear drum burst.. Go to the doctor if your too worried though..Health Question & Answer
