After I eat like a big meal or something I feel very bloated and I hate that feeling, I start doing star-jumps but then i feel sick....so I just want some tips on what I should do if I ever get in the same situation, cause I can never sleep with such a full stomch, it's annoying!!Health Question & Answer

Here are some things that help me eat less, use a smaller plate, give yourself smaller portions, do not eat a lot of white bread and other carbs, for example if you have a bun only eat half, or if you have a slice of pizza, do not eat the crust.. also drink water, milk or tea, no soda.. good luck..Health Question & Answer
