many, many possibilties.. You need to go to your doctor..Health Question & Answer

It's possible that you have mono.. The main symptomes of that are fatigue, nausia, aches, and feaver.. It can also cause you spleen to swell which could seem like cramping..

Honestly though those symptomes can be caused by anything from iron poisening to hepetitus, even kidney disease.. You need to talk to a doctor if at all possible.. You might be really sick.. I hope everything turns out alright..

You might also try Webmd..com.. they have a symptom checker that will list possible causes.. Good luck!Health Question & Answer

You might have something like the flu or other symptoms that your physician is much more qualified to help you with .. Passing out in the bathroom isn't normal please go to your Doctor and explain to him what has happened to you .. Good luck and have great day ..Health Question & Answer

I don't want to scare you, but one possibility is a bowel obstruction.. There are other less serious ones like irritable bowel syndrome or Crown's disease, but a bowel obstruction is very serious.. See a doctor today or go to an ER..Health Question & Answer
