I wouldn't worry about it.. I always did that on my summer vacations when I was a kid.. Soon enough, you'll be waking up early again for school! But if you want to go to bed earlier, read a book instead of using the internet or watching tv.. Try getting up early one day and not napping during the day.. also exercise will make you feel tired for bed but it should be early in the day or it could keep you up.. I'm a night owl too.. You need more sleep because you're young and your body is working a lot to grow.. When you get older you won't need 12 hours of sleep as much as you might like to.. Have fun!Health Question & Answer

Ask your mom if you can use some Benadryl or Tylenol PM (one tablet will be enough) to help you get to sleep at a reasonable hour (11 or 12 p..m..) It will allow you to sleep 7-8 hours and then you can get in a regular routine.. Read instead of watching TV or using the computer before you go to sleep.. Sweet dreams!Health Question & Answer
