I had one a long time ago but had complications and needed a messy and painful revision rhino.. If I had to do it again I wouldn't.. However if you have an obvious deformity that is ruining your life, do it..
Basically you get one good shot at it and the surgeon is everything.. Make sure they are Board Certified in Plastic Surgery and are recommend by another doctor, not just your friends.. Your biggest problem, other than complications, is imagining what you are going to look like and getting the outcome the same - i..e.. your expectations.. Doctors can't always produce what can be shown on a computer screen..
