Question: Is my wrist broken or sprained.?.?
About a month and a half ago, i broke my left arm, and when i got out of my cast my wrist hurt alot.. And i knew why, because it hasn't gotten a lot of movement for the 4 weeks i was in a cast.. And my left wrist has been hurting ever since the cast was takin off.. And i have been letting my wrist get alot of movement but it still really hurts.. And i can't even hold a cup that's not even half full comfortably.. I also have a doctor's appointment 2morrow at 8:50amHealth Question & Answer

After being immobile in a cast you need to get it moving again.. If you were not given exercises to do, then ask to go to physical therapy.. I broke my wrist in January and was in a cast for 5 weeks.. Took more than 2 months to get the complete movement back along with no pain..

Doubtful it would be either broken or sprained......probably at bit atrophied from non use.. Try moving it a little more than you have, it should loosen up..Health Question & Answer
