Im not that active, so I dont think I would have pullen anything.. I have so ice on it now which is helping it out.. Im 14 years old.. What can this be.? Should I be concerned.? It just started happening today, on and off..Health Question & Answer

Not enough info.. Where does it hurt.? Does it hurt at rest or with movement.? Are you fingers numb or tingling.? Ice is great for any pain so keep that up for sure as well as Aleve..Health Question & Answer
The fact that you are not active could have caused it.. Ice is good but you should switch on and off between heat and cold.. Is it swolen.? If it is then you need to see a doctor, and you need to keep it on a pillow or up a little.. Hope you feel better..Health Question & Answer

from time to time, it will heal away, keep using the ice patch or whatever, it will go away, it takes time..
