Question: Types of headaches.?
My whole life I have always gotten very bad headaches maybe a 2-4 times a months.. Usually the pain is located at the back of my head around my ears and up to my temples.. They very rarely go away quickly.. Usually Right when I wake up I can tell I am going to get one.. It will usually last all day and sometimes into the next day.. You have migraines.. Thats what it souncds like.. I have had them since i was five.. I am on a perventative for them.. It works sometimes but since docs really don't know what causes them they are not 100 percent effective.. I just lay in a dark room with a cold wet towel over my forehead and my eyes.. I have to fall asleep before it goes away.. But sometime it doesn't.. I have had them to last for 5 days..
