I sprained my ankle, and someone with a prescription of hydrocodone gave me some to take for the pain.. I have a drug test next month - a urine drug test.. How long can hydrocodone be detected in your urine when tested.? I've heard 2-7 days, but does anyone here know for sure.?Health Question & Answer
