Sleep Aid Suggestions? Non Groggy?!
Question: Sleep Aid Suggestions.? Non Groggy.?
Im looking for something to take occasionally at night to help me fall asleep easier.. I am a fitness Instructor and I find that the evenings where I teach a late evening class, I have trouble falling asleep that night because my body is so wired.. Does anyone reccommend a sleep aid that will not make me feel groggy the next a..m.. Thanks y'all!Health Question & Answer

If you can stand the smell of it, buy some valerian root from your grocery or health food store.. Warning: it actually smells like poop..
If you're less adventurous, the Arizona Stress Tea is a non-caffeinated iced tea with not many calories that contains valerian root (but tastes great, imo).. If you're already tired, but wired from stress or too much exertion, just drink 8-20oz of this stuff and you'll feel a nice relax-y sleepy feeling.. Just remember not to push past that (allow yourself to drowse when it happens)..
I don't work for Arizona, but I do highly endorse this product - especially when the gallons of it go on sale locally for 1..99!!

Unisom I think it's called that I used at first.. Now I use zopiclone, which is prescription grade..
