I way to relieve muscle pain??!
Question: I way to relieve muscle pain.?.?
I went for a run last night and did a 5 mile loop or around 8km, but today I'm feel rather stiff and have DOMS (Delayed Onset of Muscular Soreness) symptoms.. I'm due to be playing football/soccer at 3pm, but can anyone suggest some form of activity or routine to get me feeling more loose before I trun up at 3pm.?.?

I had severe muscle cramps and pain the day after I first started jogging.. I had someone massage Aspercream into my calves which helped numb the pain a lot.. To prevent cramps and other muscular soreness drink plenty of water and stretch for atleast fifteen minutes before your activity..Health Question & Answer
