Question: My eye is halfway swollen shut its red on the bottom of my eye lid.?
my eye hurts when i close it its not pink eye what is it i thought maybe i got poison ivy in it but i don't think so cuz i havn't went by any plz helpHealth Question & Answer

more than likely it is a stye.... which is an infection that has set up either in the tear duct or from an eyelash.... apply a warm compress and take acetominophen and it should help lessen the pain..Health Question & Answer
you have some sort of infection (obviously) you may have a sty in your eye (is there some sort of bump or something) I think it is a sty.. Or perhaps an eye ulcer if you wear lenses and havent cleaned them or kept them in your eye for too long..Health Question & Answer
Its probably a stye..Does it itch and burn.?If so put warm compresses on it and to help with the itch buy stye ointment found at any drugstore..Good luckHealth Question & Answer
