er for like 20 seconds my balls were red and veiny and hurt a little

before i had a condition were 1 side was bigger then other and it al of a sudden hurt wat happened.?Health Question & Answer

Hard to say, but you may have had a momentary testicular torsion, when the testicles cross each other.. If it doesn't resolve, it is a medical emergency, and needs to be treated ASAP..
