Question: I have a bad neck from sneezing.?.?.?.?

This morning i did a great big sneeze, no bigger than normal though (sensitive nose) and my neck sort of crunched and now it kills to move it and hurts down 1 side of ma upper back.. What have i done and how long will this pain last.?.?Health Question & Answer
