Hey well I'm 23, and have a sleeping problem....I have a new doctor that put me on ambian but I've heard something about it....like its really addictive and will keep knocked out for along time....I'm supposed to be on 5mg when needed I haven't taken it yet cuz I'm a lil afraid to......
I'm very small....4'10 and 102 lb
Can anyone who's taken it before or heard about let me know how they reacted to it......I know everyone has different reactions to different things........

Ok i dont want to sound inconsiderate to ur question but..........Omg ambian is the SH1T! I fu<king love it! I have an addictive personalty so yeaaaaa.. I didnt take it to sleep tho.. Me n my husband use to pop em all the time.. Hmmm bout 4 to 6.. Sometimes only 2 or 3.. But i dont advise any of that........cos they are addicting..Health Question & Answer
You need to do a little research on Ambien to alleviate your fears.. Generally Ambien is safe and effective.. Recently there have been published articles about sleep walking, talking and EATING! It should keep you asleep the full 8 hours.. If you take the CR version and you have a hangover in the morning then ask your doc to prescribe the non CR version..Health Question & Answer

I have been diagnosed with Chronic insomnia.. In addition to being on an anti depressant my doctor gave me ambien.. I was on 5 mg, but it didn't really help.. My doc increased my dosage to 10 mg and I sleep like a baby.. I don't wake up with a hangover affect at all.. Most people don't realize that ambien is one of the first sleep aids a doctor will prescribe because it has a generic.. I know the generic brand without insurance is almost 60..00.. If ambien doesn't work for you talk with your doc about trying another sleep aid..

I've been prescribed ambien before and had to take the same mgs.. It helped me to get to sleep fast and I was pretty dragged out in the mornings.. Just make sure you go to bed right after you take it or else you'll have a hard time making it to the bed..Health Question & Answer
