Question: I'm going swimming today! -- please answer!.?
Im going swimming but i woke up with this awful cramping pain in my neck.... going through the right side of my neck to my shoulder, its painful when i move my head backwards or right -- anyone got any idea how to sooth it.... or make it go away at least for today.?Health Question & Answer

Oh I had that about 2 times
and all you need to do is (it might hurt
a little but it makes the pain go away)
roll your neck around and push your shoulders
up and down while doing so..
