Does gingerale really make feel better from migrane/nauseaus? If yes, how?!

Question: Does gingerale really make feel better from migrane/nauseaus.? If yes, how.?
Answers:
It's the ginger.. Plus the bubbles in the soda help ease the tummy too.. My grandmother always gave me gingerale as kid when I was sick and I still drink it today before ever considering sprite or 7-up.. I don't know about migranes, but it deffinately helps with nausea.. If your with out gingerale, peppermint helps too.. Such as peppermint tea or just any kid of peppermint candy..Health Question & Answer

Ginger is a natural anti-nausea herb.. Which is the main ingredient in ginger ale.. also, the carbonation helps to ease the queaze.. Personally, when I have a sick migraine, the only thing that helps is complete darkness and a cold washcloth over the eyes!Health Question & Answer

the ginger helps the nausea and the carbonated water helps with indigestion and possibly migraines because the CO2 in the bubbles could by going up through your sinuses, act on the Trigeminal Nerve which runs right between the eyes, relieving symptomsHealth Question & Answer

I'm not sure about the migraines, but ginger is a known cure for nausea.. So therefore yes ginger ale does help with nausea..
