Question: How can I not let my cough keep me awake all night.?
I have a terrible cough at the moment which I fear may be the result of a chest infection.. Its keeping me awake all night cus its so tickly and aggrivating......how can I prevent this tonight.?Health Question & Answer

do a CRUPE TENT.. Buy the stuff in a small bottle.. It smells really minty.. It has eucalyptus in it.. I forget what it is called.. Buy if you find it, Fill a bathroom sink up with HOT HOT HOT water.. Pour a bit of- Ohh wait I forgot that if you can't find that eucalyptus stuff use vicks- in the sink.. Put your head over that hot water.. Put a towel over your head and the sink.. No air should be getting into the sink except the suff that was already there.. Breathe very deeply.. Coughing up green gak is normal.. Just spit it out into the sink.. Do this for about 5 minutes.. Then put vicks all around your mouth before you go to bed..Health Question & Answer

have you been to the dovctor if your concerned its a chest infection .? are you on antibiotics .? a bad cough needs medical attention try drinking a hot tea with lemon and honey to relieve your cough and drink plenty of fluids during the dayHealth Question & Answer
