Did I get struck by lightning or what?!

Not likely a lightning strike.. Most likely a pinched nerve in your neck caused the "electric zap".. Nerves are electrical conduits of the body.. Your "trip" is probably unrelated...... possibly a reaction to the intense pain.. Car accidents can cause severe cervical spine injuries that may not manifest themselves for a few days..
also your sleep deprivation may have contributed to your hallucinations.. Any pain pill use.?
All in all I would go to your primary doctor for an examination..
There is a slight possibility that lightening hit nearby and caused you to flinch severely from the EMP and thunder.. Thereby increasing the pressure on the nerve roots in your neck..

ive had this problem before no i do not think you were hit by lightning though, some time when your neck get stiff for long periods of time when it finally loosens it jolts you with a shock or sharp pain as for all the rest of the things that happened to you i dont have an explanation mabye the jolt was so shocking to you your mind was out of it gor a momentHealth Question & Answer
