Taking paracetamol ...?!

Question: Taking paracetamol .......?

I've just started taking accutane today, 1st capsule, 5mg..

I have very bad ear ache in one ear (had it for few days - accutane aint to blame!) I'm just wondering if paracetamol is okay to take.? I don't want anything to mess with the accutane..
