I have been having pains in the middle of my left foot.. I am a dancer and when I land after a leap on that foot it hurts really bad and i can't stand on my tiptoes for more than like 5 seconds because it hurts to much..Health Question & Answer

Is the pain in the middle on top of the foot or in the middle on the bottom of the foot.? Depending on where, the problem can be different.. had the same thing does it feel like there is a rock in ur foot or when you walk does it feel like there is pad on it if so its called mortons neuroma and if you go to the doc they gave me some high grade pain killer for this went away in about 2 weeks hope this has helpedHealth Question & Answer
