How to have more energy during school?!


Question: How to have more energy during school.?
School is about to start again and that means waking up at 6 every morning.. Im a night-time person and I have the most energy from about 2pm to 11pm.. I want to be less tired during school and go to bed earlier.. Its nearly impossible for me to fall asleep early.. How can i get more energy for those early school mornings.?.?.?.?.?.? Ive tried working out at like 6am before school that didnt seem to work that well.. It gave me more energy temporarily but a crash later..
