What can I do about this sleeping problem?!


Question: What can I do about this sleeping problem.?
My husband cant fall asleep at night, and he sleeps all day.. I try to wake him up sometimes, but I can't wake him.. I don't try that hard though.. What can I do to help him sleep at night.?Health Question & Answer

Sounds like he has his days and nights mixed up.. Tell him to force himself for at least three days stay awake and get back on a regular nighttime schedule.. Hope this helps!!Health Question & Answer
