How do i make swelling on my ankle go down? please CLICK!?!?!?!


Question: How do i make swelling on my ankle go down.? please CLICK!.?!.?!.?
i sprained my ankle like a couple months ago and its still kinda swelled, than i did it again today and it swelled up even more and i have know clue how to make it go down, before you say try and icepack or ice i did and it didnt help m,uch, so please try to give me some other methods cuz my ankles look goofy one is larger than the other!

I can almost assure you that you have a torn ligament in your ankle.. You need to see an orthopedic surgeon right away.. The swelling will not go away on its own..Health Question & Answer
Stay off the foot for a while and keep it elevated- prop it on pillows or a rolled up towel.. Maybe try anti inflammatoy meds like aleve or ibuprofen..Health Question & Answer

to see if there's a fracture, better safe
