A blood vessel wouldn't make your eye twitch.. It is a nerve ending doing it.. I hate it too.. I had one for about 2-3 months also.. Some say stress causes it.. You could go see a doctor about it but unless it is interfering in your everyday life and you can't do normal activities because of it, I think you'll be okay.. It will go away on its own.. Maybe you just need to slow down a little..Health Question & Answer

I had this exact same problem and actually it was psychological.. I was under a lot more stress than I knew and had to tell someone a secret, but for a few months I couldn't and I kept having the eye twitch, the INSTANT I toldthat secret my twitch went away.. But that probably isn't your problem, but good luck anyway, that stuff is ANNOYING!!:)Health Question & Answer

I use to have it alot and I went to the eye doctor, and he said that it's caused when your eyes are being strained, and that I needed glasses.. maybe you should take a trip, never know, you could need them and not realize, but that twitching is a good hint..Health Question & Answer

a nerve problem.. you should go to a doctor quick so that if your nerve is healing, your doctor can give you steroids or something to make sure that your nerve heals properly..Health Question & Answer

I have this same problem sometimes but i think its due to stress.. Are you stressing over something very important.? To make it go away you can just relax yourself by doing a calming activity..Health Question & Answer
