I have a pain on the TOP of my foot, what is it?!?!?!


Question: I have a pain on the TOP of my foot, what is it.?!.?!.?
I don't recall doing ANYTHING to my foot, but for about a week now there has been a pain on the top of my foot from a little below my ankle to about an inch from my toes.. I work out about every other day, but haven't hurt it..

Does anyone know what this could be.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
You may have stretches the muscles and ligament on top of your foot , and may be it's caused by running or long walks .. May be calf raise who know take it easy for awhile and see if it does go away ..Good luck and have agreat day ..Health Question & Answer
