I'm desperately missing lots of sleep lately,and I need a remedy so that I can get some good kips,just until my new bedtime routine starts to take effect..Any suggestions.?Health Question & Answer

Nytol one a night are the strongest that I think you can buy over the counter.. My mum has them or uses a herbal one from the chinese accupuncture place..

I think its Nightol.. You can buy it over the counter but its not good to use it long term.. Use it to try and get yourself back into a normal sleep pattern..

I've used Nightol in the past and it seems to work fairly well..
