Muscle relaxation help please!!!?!


Question: Muscle relaxation help please!!!.?
Ive finnally gotten sick of never being able to relax when i try.. When i try my muscles stiffen up and then i can't stay still because im trying to relax.. Anything you know of that can help.? please

try biofreeze it really helps me.. U can get it at most chiropractor office.. A massage would help too but that can get expensive.. Just give the biofreeze a chance.. If u can't find it in the town u live in try online..Health Question & Answer

i suggest you too do before exurcing is too stretch a lot!!! young teenagers tend to have more muscles that are stiff when being active and that will cause their muscles to cotnract after resting.. after your excerse do not stop right away.. keep running on the spot but slowly.. you must cool your self down.. you shouldnt stop at once or your muscles will react quickley and start to contract causing you pain.. i also suggest you not too put too much effort into your sports.. when you feel tired you rest.. dont continue or you can pull or strain your muscle which will leave you in greater pain than now..
to help you right now i suggest putting some ice on it from time to time.. about ten minutes eachtime.. the ice will also divert your attention from the pain to the cold ice that you applied..

im 14 and i have the samething too i play soccer(football) whatever you wana call it and before i start i always warm up and stretch to get my muscles ready and after i always cool down (light jog, stretch etc..) and if im on the bench for a phew minutes my muscles cool down when i get called to go back on i do a little warm up maybe 10-15 seconds and when i go on the field im good...... so after you do activities cool down itll help and if you can maybe go see a person who can give you a massage it helps!

and dont push yourself too hard either.... i also work out weights boxing etc.. helps with cardio and its fun keeps me busy but you cant over do it.... too much is like not enough keep that in mind..Health Question & Answer
