What do doctors look at during a physical and do you get shots!?!

Question: What do doctors look at during a physical and do you get shots!.?
Answers:
They check over your vitals, reflexes, they usually push on your stomach to see if there is any enlarged internal organs, heart, skin, eyes, ears, nose, throat, breath sounds, bowel sounds, range of motion, they just check over everything and ask you if you have had any issues and what your family history is.. As far as shots you may need them but since I do not know your age and have your shot record in front of me it all depends if you are up to date on your shots..Health Question & Answer
