SHARP PAIN in the back of my CALF!?!
Question: SHARP PAIN in the back of my CALF!.?
I'm only 14 years old.. (To eliminate ideas related to old age..) I happen to be female.. Not that it matters all that much......
The back of my left leg hurt when a bend it..
It feels as if it's related to the muscles behind it.. (I do x-c running.. I need to eliminate this issue..)
The most CREEPY part:
Last night I was just chilling on the couch, like I always do in the summer.. I had drifted off to sleep.. As I slept, I had felt no pain in my leg.. Suddenly, I jerked up out of my rest, and cluthched my left leg.. I started to massage the back of it as I experienced sharp, pure pain.. I wanted to cry out, but I didn't want to wake my folks.. Otherwize, I would have.. It felt as if someone was stabbing me in the back of the leg! I never got rid of the pain.. I eventually eased it down to a minimum and fell asleep again..
When I got up this morning, it wasn't bad at all.. It only hurts when I bend my knee..
I don't want to wake with pain again..

I had this happen to me just this morning around 4:45am woke me up from a deep sleep.. I did cry out forgetting that my brothers where in the next room.. Didn't wake them though..
I think it might be as the person before said a charley horse.. I get them every 3-4 months well I'm sleeping.. They're never ever fun..Health Question & Answer
