Broken wrist problem!?!
Question: Broken wrist problem!.?
I broke my wrist over a year ago in athletics class, we were doing bear crawls in the gym and the fastest team didnt have to do them anymore, so i went as fast as i could and i stubbled at the end getting up and i flew into the wall breaking my left wrist.. I never went to physical therpay because i never got around to it..
i cant place my wrist flat on the ground (like to do a push up) and it often still hurts.. is there a way i can make it stronger and more flexible.?.?

when I broke my wrist roller skating it took a while to heal and when they set it the first time and did a check up on it.. my wrist started mending wrong so they had to rebreak it and I was in the 4 th grade that time.. ARthritis has set in it a little bit but I was told to rotate them under water with it being hot.. I also did piano as therapy and now it is my strongest wrist but it is the one that I write with.. It bothers me at times during bad thunderstorms.. You could wrap it with a brace that is how I did when I was in high school athletics.. I take advil or something similar for it today.. I still use a bandage like it would be for carpel tunnel but I can tolerate the pain.. I can't do push ups on the floor either due to the wrist..Health Question & Answer
