Question: Can you give me some advice on how to get a full nights sleep.?
School is starting again and this year I have to get up earlier.. I have some sleeping problems...... and I need some tricks or advice on how to get to sleep earlier and also how to wake up earlier and not go back to sleep..

Try getting up thirty minutes earlier each day.. Turn off the television while you're in bed, and instead you can listen to some soft music.. Stretch before you go to sleep, but don't do any intense exercises.. Reading for about thirty minutes before you go to bed will also help you by getting tired.. Get yourself tired by riding your bike around the neighborhood or swimming if you have a pool in your backyard.. Don't starve yourself, but don't don't eat too much neither.. If you get a little tired during the day, wake yourself up with some tea.. The caffeine will give you energy to stay awake.. Wash your face with a soft wet towel in the morning, and drink hot chocolate milk before you go to bed.. If you're worried about gaining weight than use skim milk.. Make sure your room temperature isn't too hot or too cold.. Room temperature is very important when it comes to falling asleep.. When you're in bed, don't keep looking at the time on your alarm clock.. Let your body rest.. Think about happy things and what you are looking forward to the next day.. Hope this helped.. here goes..no caffiene past 5:00..no more
sugar....exercice in the moning for stimulation
exercise in the afternoon instead of taking a nap..let your parents know about this,they may have an answere,see a doctor, and please be honest about your intake OK

Don't have soda after 6 - the caffeine..
Limit sugary foods after 6..
Dont eat late, but if youre hungry, make it milk or have some cheese or some other protein..
No TV.. It'll keep you up.. Read instead..
Keep the lites low after it gets dark..
Exercise during the day..
