I sleep well and I have slept in all of the positions that you describe.. As long as comfort is involved, I sleep in that way.. I always keep good air circulation via my air conditioner.. This helps keep my breathing going well.. My personal preference would be to lie on my side either one way or the other, then I am well rested.. I also wish you a good peaceful rest..
