About 3days ago I went to the lake, and now my Right side of my throat is killing me! My ear on the right side seems extremely sore.... Everytime i swallow there is sharp pain in my throat and ear, only on the right side though..

You either got some thing in yoru ear, but most likely you have some kind of infection going on, you are going to need some anti biotics most likely.. There is not point in waiting or guessing this is something you need to go the doctor go to an urgent care.. You do not want it getting any worse, it doesn't sound like much fun.. Especially when the ear is involved, you don't want any damage to your hearing by leaving an infection untreated..Health Question & Answer
You should call up your primary care physician and schedule an appointment soon, so that a doctor can diagnose and treat this; if it's effecting your throat and ear on one side, it might be important to have this checked out..

put your hand to the side of your throat and below your ear......feel any bumps.? if so, you need to go to the doctor.. if not, i would still go because your ear also hurts.. don't you know that there are parasites in all sorts of water.? there could be one in your ear......time to go pay the good ol' doc a visit!Health Question & Answer
You really need to go see and Otolaryngologist.. You could have gotten something down your ear while swimming.. You have lymph nodes/glands that are in the neck.. Perhaps they have come inflammed as well.. You could just have swimmers ear or an OM of the ear.. Try putting 3 gtts of peroxide and water mixture.. I'd say leave this for a week or so, then go to the doctors and have them check it out.. It could be a tiny infection in your throat that needs simple antibiotics to cure.. I usually get the same thing but that is just the common cold..Health Question & Answer
