What happens if I let a small cyst pop?!
Question: What happens if I let a small cyst pop.?
I went to the doctor for broncitus, and there was a tiny tiny tiny yellow blob-like thing in the back of my throat.. He said it was a cyst, and that it would have to be drained with a hypadermic needle.. It's on the skin in my throat, and I don't have the guts to go and get it drained for two reasons..
1.. I hate needles
2.. I hate the fact a doctor has to put a needle in my mouth while I'm awake..
It has gotten a bit bigger.. What will happen if I just let it pop and drain itself.?Health Question & Answer

Go to the doctors.. I had a cyst and it burst and hurt a ton.. I had to go to the emergency room.. The doctor will probably numb you or give you some happy gas.. I used to be totally afraid of needles, but then i had tons of procedures done (I was really sick) and now I want to be a doctor! It won't be as bad as it seems..
